I'm a woman who:

I'll often dress up for you, perfume myself. Lights off, we light the candles instead and we dance, holding each other tight...
We can also dance salsa ( I really really need a partner!), soukous, oriental dance, disco... Or if you don't like dancing you can watch ;-)
I might be 54, but my body is still graceful and lovely, alhamdulillah for that. I've been told that I've got a body of a dancer. But guess what, what matters most is a beauty of character: I find it very important to grow and develop as a human being, trying to achieve "khusnul khuluq", the beautiful character. Or what if you have all the outer beauty, but your heart is cold and hard like a stone? How will that beauty benefit you then?
My Myers-Briggs personality type seems to be ISFP (adventurer, artist).
My hobbies:
I like keeping fit but in moderation, not somebody who goes to gym five days a week. I like crocheting and violin playing as well, alhamdulillah.
Before I converted to Islam I used to sing and play violin in a Greek rebetika band. Like cooking and baking, too - in moderation ;-)
I have an interest in languages: have learned Swedish, German, French, Italian, Wollof, Arabic, Turkish... But it's been a while :-)
My favourite hobby is to learn about sahaba, the companions of the Prophet (saw). Learning about their lives and unique personalities has enriched my life hugely. I like to listen to Islamic talks on YouTube whenever I've got time, as I want to soak up as much Islamic knowledge as possible and above all gain the UNDERSTANDING of the spirit of Islam, insha Allah. My favourite speakers are Omar Suleiman and Sheikh Hamza Yusuf.
I honour and appreciate all the four imams of Ahlul Sunnah wal Jama'a, myself inclining to and wanting to learn according to Maliki madhab. However, where ever beneficial knowledge is available, I don't mind the madhab.
For me husband is someone who brings a huge amount of joy into my life. To have a husband is a great blessing. However, Allah has tested me with two mentally ill husbands: the marriages with them were very short as they were not capable of staying married due to their illness. The only "proper" marriage I've had was with my first husband and lasted for 26 years. So I suppose I should rather say that to have a mentally healthy husband is a great blessing 😊
I look at the marriage as a close and secure companionship, where the partners are concerned about each others holistic well-being. For me, emotional security is of an utmost importance. I don't want any "surprises" that could undermine that trust and closeness. I believe in keeping promises and always aspire to be a trustworthy woman.
Keep in mind that I'm ONLY SEEKING MARRIAGE. I don't like men who quickly want to ask about bedroom matters and try to go into details. You've read my profile, you know what I can offer, so no need for shameless questions. I reserve intimate conversations and physical relationship for the marriage.

What I Am Looking For
ATTENTION! Practicing bros, age 46-59. Height minimum 173 cm! Note that if you are much younger or older than what I'm looking for I won't respond. Or of a wrong size ;) Also, I'm not interested in polygamous marriage. I'm looking for a non-smoker.

A man who has the ability to talk about even difficult and uncomfortable things, if needed. It's important to have the ability to talk about one's feelings, positive or negative. Someone whose beautiful character is not manifesting only during easy times but also during hard times. Who always tries to remember that ultimately we are responsible to our Creator.
A man whom I can do chores with - doing things together will strengthen the relationship and prevents resentment.
The husband should be romantic and bring his wife a rose sometimes! : ) I'm looking for somebody who actually wants to spend time with his wife and won't just run off to a cafe to see his mates : ) This doesn't mean that the spouses need to be glued together - so I'm looking for a man who is able to have a healthy, trusting relationship - who's not paranoid and suspicious every time the wife goes out, subhan Allah. This communicates to you that I'm looking for a brother who has a sound mind, who doesn't suffer from mental illness or personality disorders.
I'm hoping to find somebody I could sometimes travel with, insha Allah.. And to share this beautiful deen with - to be Muslims together, supporting and helping each other - what a blessing!
All in all, I'm looking for a loyal, honest, dependable and God-fearing man who keeps his promises and is committed to the relationship. An honourable human being!
